We are pleased to welcome the artist Marie-Claude de Souza at La Montagnarde. She will host a luncheon talk on February 8, at Pic café in Saint-Adolphe, to talk about her project Glossaire baragouiné. For her creation, she is looking for testimonies from families in order to share with her these invented or diverted words that only members of the same family know.
Marie-Laurence Marleau opens the year of residences at La Montagnarde. From January 20 to 29, the artist will be present in our residence to work on her creation Entre deux Eaux, a documentary theater project which questions our relationship to speaking out. A reading discussion will take place at Café O'Marguerites on January 25. All the information on our Facebook event.

The creation of The Farm or how to nourish an Intelligent future. In the coming months, new creative stages will be taken to advance the development of this major project which will be deployed in its entirety in May 2025.

The first edition of our l'Art est dans ses feuilles event at La Montagnarde was a success! More than 120 of you came to visit us in Saint-Adolphe-d'Howard and take advantage of our brand new Art-nature trail. A great contribution to the vitality of our community and towards the protection of our nature! Thank you for your support and good humor.

We are happy to welcome Gaspard Combes at La Montagnarde from August 15th. Visual artist with a degree in Fine Arts from the Gerrit Rietveld Academie in Amsterdam (NL). His current practice focuses mainly on sculpture in public spaces with a preference for works in situ and in nature.
